Basic Credit Guidelines for QuickLease™

	2+ Years Under Current Ownership
	Reasonably "clean credit" (for business and principals--min 675)
	2 Year Banking History
	Directory Assistance Listing (to verify business address and phone number)
	Current business / professional license (where required)

Cautionary Areas Under QuickLease™ Criteria:

	Open tax liens or unsatisfied judgments
	NSF's or bounced checks
	Low Average Balance Bank Reference.  For certain transactions we will obtain a 3-month-average bank reference that should reflect sufficient cash to meet typical current expense and the new monthly lease obligation--call for details)
	Charge-offs, collection accounts or "slow pays" during the previous 12 months
	Student loan defaults.  Unpaid child support.
	High revolving balances (i.e. credit card debt exceeding $35,000)
	Low credit "availability" (When less than 50% of the total credit extended by other creditors, is available)
	Too much "new debt."  (Credit established within the last 12 months)
	"Shallow" personal credit.  (Less than 5 different accounts reporting. Credit "file" entries dating back less than 5-7 years.  Credit file shows less than 5 "open" accounts.)
